Disappointed

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with Dischem health insurance. My experience with has been very stressful. When taking the policy I was advised that incase of emergency they will cover everything until my daughter got sick and I was told her illness wasn't health threatening. Therefore they won't cover or authorize for treatment. This after being put on hold for over an hour with every call I made and my calls being cut off. I'm done with them.
