Declined Specsavers Claim

I would like to know why my claim at Specsavers was declined. The receptionist says kaelo says my script is too low. What is the definition of low if I am ask? This is not written in the brochure when we sign up for this insurance .

I have been wearing glasses since grade 9 .. are you telling me the doctors do not know what they are doing? I get migraines daily, teary red eyes and soon allergies will kick in as those glasses also help protect me. I sit in a computer whole day and you tell me to do so without glasses every month and now you tell me you wont pay for my glasses ?
