The ****ming by Kaelo and Dischem is infuriating. When I took the policy I was advised that I would get over the counter MEDICATION Dischem outlets but Dischem Killanery has no idea about this medical. The Kaelo agents refuse to help over the phone. But I am being debited religiously without an access to help care or medication it’s been 3months without any help of clarity I haven’t even received any of the policy documents.
