**** customer service , entire company is ****

**** ass customer service , I specifically asked the girl I spoke to , to have myself and the kids added for a specific practice, the very next day I took my daughter and she wasn’t added to visit the practice , the doctor did not want to assist until this **** ups made sure it was fixed and weirdly this was done yesterday 21/06/21 and authorisation was given hence why they helped me , the guy they spoke to today was rude to both ladies that works at the front desk trying to get this sorted. He had attitude when all she tried to find out was to get authorisation. This company needs to damn close I hope to god because all the advisors have no damn respect. I couldn’t even get a reference because they kept dropping the line
