Claimant Struggles and Unhelpful Service

My daughter was admitted into hospital following an asthma attack and had to be placed on oxygen in a matter of urgency. She was admitted on 16 September 2025. The radiology provider, Bezuidenhout had to bring a portable machine to her hospital room, as she was too weak to go there herself for the x-rays of her lungs. Discovery paid for the radiology cost, but not the emergency portable machine call out fee. Now Western Gap states they won't cover it as it's a co-payment or a procedure "outside of hospital admission". I have sent proof from Discovery that everything else was covered, but the call out as my daughter was in the hospital at the time. I sent proof of the coverage breakdown from Discovery and their hospital authorization. 2 of Western Gap's employees have wiped themselves off on me when I tried resolving and escalating the matter. I've even paying +/- R369pm for over 6 years now and I have only had 1 claim before, which that went smoothly and now this fresh nonsense of rejection to help me.
