I also sent same e mail from med aid to u on Jan 16, 2025, no action by you. I Followed up with e mail of Jan 29, you confirmed receipt ref ***4 Jan 30. VERY FRUSTRATING. Please sort this out and complete my claim as u state u pay diff between med aid cover and doctors rate. I'm embarrassed that this large amt not paid out so that I can pay doctor
