Cancelation Request-No feedback

I have been requesting my cancelation since 20 February, email the request was sent to the provided email address on the 20th of February already, but there is still no response. i have tried every possible email address, but no eespo se

I hereby request the cancelation on my policy with immediate effect

No Debit order to be deducted on my account

I phoned again this morning 9 February Ref # **********44 was informed to email to the same email address that I have been sending my cancelation request no respone no aute-reply when I phoned I was informed due to POPI act they can no assist IT'S MY OWN DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!

I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman and Customer Protection act as Kaelo/Dischem is refusing to cancel my policy after numerous attempts from my side. I have the entire email thread as proof!!!!!
