Cancel the policy and stop debiting my account

I had requested that my policy be canceled in March after they had refused to pay 2 of my claims. I was surprised when they debited my account, I reversed the funds and then again on the 25th of April they double debited my account, this for me was very confusing.

I then contacted them and they said I must send the cancelation request again this time via email. I would like them to cancel this policy fully and refund my funds and delete my account number on their database. My discovery medical aid was also canceled on March along side with me canceling this gap cover. So I don't understand why they are debiting my account?
