BIGGEST ******** OUT TO ROB CONSUMERS AND CRIPPLE THEM FINANCIALLY

I took out this policy last year under the impression that I will be fully covered by September as all 4 consultants whom I have called to do an inquiry with has advised me. Myself and unborn baby as well as everyone listed on the policy will be covered and that they will reimburse my gynecologist co-payment in line with my medical aid. I've submitted the claim and was told it's rejected because of a 12 month condition specific waiting period, which no1 has informed me of even after I have disclosed that I am expecting. When I told them to listen to their recordings and what their consultants is selling to us as consumers they are unable to listen to the recordings and are requesting me to provide them with it. How strange is that? Very convenient if I might say the least. They are suppose to be a registered company yet they don't have access to their own internal recording to deal with complaints and treat clients fairly by not robbing them and paying what is due to clients and what all their consultants has advised will be paid. After all this is what we are paying them for. To cover our medical shortfalls. This policy is a HUGE **** yet they are continuously deducted money from my salary. I've told a few of my colleagues to phone their call centre's for the exact same thing and again they are telling everyone that everything is covered just to get our monies and for us to take out this policy for any medical short falls with our medical aid but I refuse to pay out benefits which they confirmed to us we are covered for. Whatever you do guys please don't take out this policy this really is a huge **** and they leave you financially crippled at a time when u really need the funds. Ive had few other short falls after submitting the claim they rejected even after I was assured that will be covered, and I'm paying it in cash rather. I won't even waste my time to submit the claim all they have is stories after robbing everyone and making sure they do their monthly deduction. This people are ******* and have no sense of client services they are ignoring me and refusing to payout in a timely matter. And when they give feedback its the same old automated response they are sending every single time.. No one at that company is taking ownership for the lies that they are feeding us.. They are just continously selling everyone else the same lies even after I have brought to their attention.
