BEWARE OF KAELO AND THEIR ****MING TRADES

I was employed with Kaelo Shared Services. They recently unfairly dismissed me due to their bullying, ******** and ****** treatment.Which is still pending with the CCMA and Labour courts. They tried to bribe me on pulling back the Labour case I have proof.

I have a medical cover that is currently still active with the company. They have billed me for the medical cover for December benefits. I went to the optometrist as I qualify for the benefit. When the optometrist called to confirm my benefit the consultant namely Kim was mandated to decline my benefit confirmation as I was in already busy consulting with the optometrist. I called the Kaelo using the optometrist phone and Thabiso Mosetse the team leader who declined my benefit incorrectly, refused to come to the call and told the consultant to tell me calm down he'll call me back without hearing me out as to what the call was for. I refused to release the call as I know their deflecting tactics around escalated calls. I then called him on his cell phone because he used to be my manager a while ago. He took my call and he told that he's following process. I discussed the process with him, he still refused and I told him that I had evedince of my current payslip that shows that I have been billed already for the benefit in question for the current month. He declined. I need my billed amount for December refunded in full. This company is a **** and have ****** me with a lot of money from my remuneration now it's my medical benefits. The doctor invoiced me for the consultation. Please help me from these BULLIES.
