Be aware you won't get what you were promised

When they sell you medical gap cover you get assured that they will pay the difference between what the medical aid covers and what the Doctor charges above medical aid rates. Please be warned people this is not true, I have been paying monthly for 6 years and the first claim I put in for R2000.00 they reject it with some Bull S...t excuse. Funny what they will do to get your money and how far they will go not to pay. Very, very disappointment.... If you have this cover, please make sure you know the real facts!!
