Be aware when it is claim time with Kaelo Xelus

I have been a client for around 12 months now. About 3 weeks ago I submitted a claim worth R200. Included with the claim was the doctor's bill which states in hospital etc. After waiting for 2 weeks for a reply, they came to say I must submit numerous other documents. They making it so hard just to claim a mere R200. Please cancel my gap cover asap. Kaelo Xelus is quick to take money, but put up all kinds of red tape when it is time to honor a claim. Thank you
