BAD SERVICES COSTING ME AS THE MEMBER

Im highly disappointed with Kaelo Healthcare, I had no idea that after my 3rd gp visit I need an authorization, so now I owe the doctor yet I pay kaelo every month to cover my medical bills. Further more I have to always call before consulting my gp, meaning if I dont have airtime I can't see the doctor yet I pay them month in month out.. I wouldn't advise people to take the Kaelo Health plan its a ****
