Bad medical insurance
It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm very unsatisfied and I'm cancelling mine. My son had seizures and they declined the authorisation cause the results were not saying seizure and the doctor wanted to admit so they do scans but they still rejected. I had to pay cash for x-ray as well. Extremely disappointed in Kaelo. They're selling us lies.
