My name is annie Kh55071 I requested to be called for a medical aid and asked the agent the benefits of the medical aid. I wanted a unlimited doctor visitations nad access to buy over the counter the agent said the aid covered that and that the cover starts immediately (calls recorded) i went to van heerden pharmacy in tzaneen and was told the only thing that medical aid can cover is a alegex and that there is a 3 months waiting period. I then called in to cancel as it was npt gona favour me as i have children, i was taken to one department after the other and was last told that they will log a call fother cancellation at the beginning of the month. I then later reversed the debit order. Then month end double instalment was deducted without my approval that let to a serious financial inconvenience, when i requested a refund i was told its impossible. Now my mfc account bounced because of that. I need my money, i cannot afford not to pay my car.
