B A D!! Kaleo Xelus Gap Cover

I am appalled at the LACK of service customers receive at Kaelo Xelus Gap Cover. It has been a whole month of trying to claim the gap cover without any success. I already called them 3 times. There is always something wrong, back log on claims, system errors, incorrect documents (that I have sent them already 3 times). Please sent me the cancellation forms for this product, as I am done.
