Awful awful ....no service at all KAELO

Don't want to even give them a star absolute disgusting..claim been in since 29july non stop with this document needed to be signed a certain way !! Thenwhere they can't see this resubmit!!!called them told all was in order the claim has been moved on to a claim expert 14working days a later get an email saying they are needing further documatoon WHICH they have ...they will do anything to avoid paying out ...it's now 07october and they tell me will still take another 14days to review ..at your peril dealing with them....
