This is an ongoing battle with Information that Kaelo wants from medical aid and information that I cannot provide and I am stuck in the middle of the red tape.The arrogance continues.. Gap Cover wants a medical aid claims statement from Medihelp but Medihelp refuses to provide this for dental claims and Sanlam Kaelo refuses to accept the remittance statement which Medihelp provides for dental claims.. Looks like I am going to have to change medical aid, gap cover or both as I get shunted from pillar to post by the arrogance of both organisations.I have asked them to talk to each other but they refuse.
