I have had the most horrible service from Kaelo Medical Gap Cover! 1. They do not properly evaluate the documentation forwarded to them for Gap Cover payment. 2. Their lack of communication (in fact I am yet to receive a response to numerous e-mails requesting information and feedback to queries). 3. Their consultants cannot answer my queries and simply tell me to put it in an e-mail? I have I keep saying? They refuse to pass me onto senior management or help so I can expedite claims. 4.

I am fed up- and will now be seeking alternative companies to supply me with my Medical Gap cover requirements! I simply need to be treated like a client paying for a service- Which I am not getting!

I do not expect a response from Kaelo- I simply wish to warn future, and current clients!.
