I had a procedure in early December 2020 and three months later after 5 re-submissions of my claim due to having to submit additional forms and questionnaires (Each time I have to contact them for progress of my claim and each time I need to submit a different form). Heard back today that it was rejected due to being in 12 month waiting period after I moved from a much more competent GAP cover and their sales representative told me that there would be no waiting period as I have already completed these with my previous cover.

Quick to take my money, useless when you need them... I will be moving to a different cover as soon as these ******* pay me what is owed... Please head the warning NEVER USE KAELO FOR ANYTHING!!!
