2 week turn around time, my foot

I submitted my claims 3 weeks ago, and I am very padanteic when I am sending my info, I make sure that I provide all the info that they would need, their turnaround times for claims is two weeks, I am waiting for 3 weeks already for my claims to be paid, what is the use you have gapp cover when you need them to pay the doctors then they don't even respond to you, this is pathetic customer service, they don't even answer you when you make contact
