19 Calls and Counting

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Honestly, after my foot operation went well, I was just relieved that the worst part was over. And then I had to deal with this painful, absolute anger-inducing, fury-filled process of phoning 19 (NINETEEN!) times - and STILL counting. I have yet to receive any real feedback. I am only sinking my teeth in and pressing on to get my money before I cancel my membership and go to ANY other Gap Cover that I can get.
