17 June 2020 Covid 19 Claim not paid

Again I'm still querying one thing over and over again with Kaelo , the claim for 17 June 2020 has not yet been payed. This is so frustrating because I am the one getting emails from Lancet and debt Collectors ,for a claim that was suppose to be paid by Kaelo

I still say having this medical aid was a nightmare . even the Specialist consultant from Kaelo failed to solve this query

I still say to who ever who is having or want to take up this, don't try their services are very bad, will regret so much waste your money.

All i want is the claim to be paid, i want nothing to do with this company ever again
