<p> I employed Kaden Craayvenstein, (operating as Naked Digital) to design and develop a website for me. I provided plentiful design documentation, process flowcharts, images and material necessary to complete the task. I was initially impressed with Kaden Craayvenstein as he appeared very dynamic and committed. After some time on the project, it became clear that his knowledge of development and web design was exceedingly superficial and that he was relying on purchased Wordpress themes to pass himself off as a developer. I attempted several times to redirect and even assist Mr Craayvenstein and his team but, although they insisted at each meeting, that they had everything in hand, they were simply not capable of completing the work as agreed. In addition, Mr Craayvenstein seemed to forget or misunderstand discussions and decisions frequently. When I asked Kaden Craayvenstein to refund the money paid due to his failure to deliver the agreed work, he became aggressive and threatening. In our last interactions, Mr Craayvenstein alternated irrationally between conciliatory and aggresive behaviour.</p>
