The most useless customer service

Never met a more useless company in terms of customer service who provides a support email address to the public / clientele to allow customers to ask queries, and simply fails to respond to the customer!

I have waited more than 2 weeks for a response to my query. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
