Rude & Arrogant

I sliced my foot open last year November, needed stitches, went to the N17 Hospital and due to my medical saving account being depleted I had to pay for everything with cash. That wasnt a problem, completely understandable. I had my stitches put in and when I had to come back a few days later to have it checked up, I was asked whether I got my crutches. I hadn't. So I signed a document saying I received my crutches and was sent on my way.

I then get an email saying I have to pay R757.91 for the crutches. My issue with Kachelhoffer is that nowhere on that form does it say how much I had to pay for the crutches or that there was in fact any price attached to the crutches.I had back and forth with someone at their offices explaining my part and them explaining theirs which I could totally understand, but if I'd known that I'd had to pay that amount for the week that I actually used the crutches I would have said no to them. Since our conversation ended on the 5th of January 2017 I've heard nothing until today when I got an sms saying I've been handed over to debt collectors. This Kachelhoffer company is rude, arrogant and doesn't inform people very well on their own procedures but expects you to know everything about everyone else's. Horrible company to deal with, hope I'd never have to deal with them again.
