Kabouter Creations **********ly misrepresents products- and then wants you to pay

Kabouter Creations advertised Zippo lighters for sale. I ordered two. They delivered a cheap lookalike. They now expect me to ship the lighters back to them- at my cost despite having de*****ed me- before they will give a refund- as per their returns policy for defective products. This is misrepresentation- not defective products. Will be instituting action against them although the amount is trivial- no company should be able to get away with ********** misrepresentation.
