Kaboodal quality is non existent

I bought two taps from them. One for the kitchen and another for the bathroom. The bathroom sink one has not been used yet however we did install the kitchen one. And my oh my, barely months into using it. It's got a rusty interior and the exterior is discolouring and leaking. It looks like a tap I bought many many moons ago
