I want refund

I bought fine living stackable shoerack in Kaboodal, they gave me different shoerack and I told them that is not what I ordered and they told me they will refund me. They haven't refunded me, I called them they started to give me attitude they say they'll pay but they don't. So have they have even blocked me in the mobile phone they were using. I need your intervention.
