Unhappy customer.......

I placed an order online, with the understanding that this company is a legitimate company.

A week later my order status had not changed. I tried calling the land line, which is no longer in use, I also tried to sms one of the cellphone numbers however the message did not go through.

I finally tried calling another listed cellphone number, of which a lady answers (with just a hello), confirms they are legist and that my order would be delivered latest the following Tuesday, I attempt to whatsapp that Tuesday, of which they advise they will get back to me, but to my surprise no communication what so ever.

I then inform them that the order is for a birthday and I needed the order within the course of the week....... my message was just ignored completely.

The following day I request a refund, of which they very quickly requesting my bank details, however I don't feel comfortable offering that information .

What a terrible experience, I have never delt with such poor service or have ever felt so cheated.

In my experience not a company to be trusted.
