My Kaboodal item arrived after contacting the card processing company

I purchased an item on the Kaboodal website and didn't receive any updates afterwards. After seeing the negative reviews, sending them emails and waiting for a week, I contacted their payment processing company, PayFast, who contacted Kaboodal to query on my behalf. Kaboodal immediately updated me by email and the item arrived two days later. They appear to be short-staffed, their website doesn't show real-time updates and their phone number doesn't work.. but it appears to be a legitimate business.
