Kaboodal who are you?

Ordered and paid for goods from Kaboodal, on-line sales site, 3 weeks ago but never received. Phone number listed is always engaged. Email address, no response. Physical address listed does not exist. This company is a partner merchant with Pricecheck and Takealot, don’t know how come. Can someone, somewhere help.
