Kaboodal not fulfilled after 4 months

I placed an order on the 29th of April 2020 for two items, waited until 17th June 2020 only to receive one item. I tried calling their contact number which never goes through at all. I tried to e-mail their support address and I never got any replies. I think Kaboodal's service is so poor, they just need to close shop. Word of advise, do not buy from them...
