KAB Collision Repair Centre finally impresses!
KAB Collision Repair Centre finally delivered my Honda Ballade today as promised after a few initial hiccups and misscommunications. I was quite impressed with the quality of their work which has exceeded my expectations. They are actually able to meet all your automotive repair needs!

KAB Collision Repair Centre finally impresses!
KAB Collision Repair Centre finally delivered my Honda Ballade today as promised after a few initial hiccups and misscommunications. I was quite impressed with the quality of their work which has exceeded my expectations. They are actually able to meet all your automotive repair needs!

KAB Collision Repair Centre's incompetence disappoints
KAB Collision Repair Centre's complete incompetence disappoints again and again. Since my first encounter with KAB I have been disappointed over and over again. My vehicle was involved in an accident over a month ago with a Checkers Sixty60 scooter and because the accident was their fault they referred me to their preferred service provider KAB through their insurance company OUTsurance. I made an appointment to bring in the vehicle on a Saturday, on arrival KAB was closed and nobody answered the cell number provided to me. After numerous phone calls and discussions with staff from KAB they eventually agreed to collect my vehicle from me in Nigel. Very little feedback was given on the progress with my vehicle over the past month but eventually Sarah from KAB informed me that my vehicle was repaired and ready for collection. I confirmed collection with her this morning before I traveled all the way to their shop. On arrival I was informed by Kim that my vehicle was still not even close from being completely repaired and therefore still not ready for delivery after more than a month now with them. Kim promised me a progress report via e-mail before the close of business today. Needless to say, I am still waiting for her response. I am still without my vehicle and traveling to my place of work in Heidelberg is becoming a bigger challenge daily, but KAB doesn't seem to care at all about my inconvenience without a vehicle and unnecessary travelling all the way from Nigel to their shop on two occasions already now.
