Worst service and company ever

Avoid using them, I paid a deposit of 35K for the installation of a frameless glass balcony. I have been given the run a round for the past month however, never a straight answer as to when thy will install. I have requested a refund from them and an told that it is not possible as he has spent the money on manufacturing the glass. Last night he dropped off of the glass panels and still no answer on when the install will take place or when the glass will be delivered. Pathetic company and as far as I am concerned a bunch of *****sters. AVOID
