Terrible Employee attitude at Kaap Agri in Darling

Terrible Service at Kaap Agri in Darling, we communicate with them regarding prices for feed for our farmers, then they go behind our back and speak to our farmers telling them to go buy from a different company cause the feed we buy is a rival company, we call the guy responsible for this and all he has to say is "Doesn't matter" when we ask to speak to the manager, he just kept giving us the same answer. Eventually he says "its fine you can speak to him, it doesn't matter" then Magnum puts us through to Kenneth, which turns out to be another clerk, we still trying to get to speak to an actual manager.

The problem here is that the employees dont care cause its not their business and therefore they dont care that they just lost a 500k deal cause "it Doesn't Matter" is their response.

We are trying to get hold of the directors to inform them and make sure these employees get disciplinary hearing for their actions. This is unacceptable!
