Order online and they send you incorrect items

I bought work boots online in black. They delivered brown boots.

There customer support is highly unfriendly and unprofessional.

I now have to wait for the incorrect boots to be picked up so they can check them, even though I have send a phot showing brown boots not black. Means as the customer I'm high inconvenienced for staff member blatant mistake
