Poor service received from kaan development regarding my house

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from kaan development regarding my house. Several defects were identified during the retention period, including: • Very poor work done on the kitchen unit (plugs incorrectly located, interference when opening the drawers, mixed color • Poor finishing of door paint paint • Roof leakage and garage door water ingress • Door liver failing These issues were reported to the company within the agreed retention period. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, the company has failed to address these defects or provide any meaningful feedback. all they do they will send different people/ contractors to observe these defects but after that nothing will happen. Communication has been poor, and the issues remain unresolved to date. This has caused significant inconvenience and concern, as I expected these problems to be corrected as part of the retention agreement. is been 9 months now since I moved in.
