Kaan Development - bad news. My joy of first house ruined

Kaan Development in Rayton has built my house in 2023. I noticed cracks in many places around the house surfacing within a month. I reported 3 times, and each time they came to repair the cracks, they would later re-occur. They were citing that house was still settling, but with so much reoccurrence of cracks it's seemingly a structural weakness. Many houses in built there by them have cracks and experience roof leaks including mine. And they employ greater use of substandard materials, cutting corners in their plumbing, water connection, imperfect plastering, burying of electric cable, etc. My electric cable was accidental damaged by boundary wall builders because it was not bury deep. A list goes on...and bad customer service when you report what needs to be fixed. They are only happy with you when you buy a house and when they want you to sign a "Happy Letter."
