Horrible horrible horrible service

These ones are Horrible horrible horrible ,they got approval from the city council to build our house on the 14th October 2020, even today (01/09/2023) almost a year later still not done. In the meantime the charges on the bond is busy incurring, its like paying for two houses yet you only staying in one. We are told now we owe them R37820, if we don't pay we wont move in. They claimed the house was complete ready to move in, when I went to check the house was filthy ,toilets not flushed, meaning they were using toilets throughout the building process, the electrical wires lying in the open, not covered up. What a horrible company this is, I agree with the reviews I have seen. What was suppose to be a happy moment just turned out to be a nightmare.
