Kaalwoorde TM - Contact details

Hi

Does anybody have any contact details for Ane Kotze from Kaalwoorde TM. I paid for a wedding gift in February, but haven't received the gift, nor any communication as to when it will be delivered. I have sent messages on Instagram, her website aswell as per e-mail, with no response. Any help will be appreciated.
