Legal medical practices

On Tuesday (02/06/2021)I went to the Dr as I felt I had fever, was treated by a so loving Dr Rikhotso (wore scrubs and had a name tag) who was concerned about my BP as it was 158/101, he's then asked if he could take blood to check if I'm hypertensive or not, I quickly agreed as my father had to quit his job because of it, results were expected on Friday(04/06/2021)

On Friday I went back and was met by a handsome guy wearing jeans and had no name tag, he went straight to the point "Your results came but we need to take more of your *****" "ok" I said, I knew we were going to discuss it more when looking at the results, he then took my blood, put the cotton wool and plaster with no communication, I quickly took my phone. He said let me finish, I said "oh! Are you going to take more blood" "You really like your phone" "yes, I'm doing something important" I rep**** , he asked"what's more important, your health or whatever you are doing there" I said I'm not going to answer that. He continued talking and I said I don't understand the whole point, and when back to the initial question "were you going to take more blood?" He looked at me, threw my blood in the bin, told me my file had been cancelled and said "we'll email you your results" I then left quietly. Lady helping in reception said she'll whatsapp me the results.

On Monday (07/06/2021) been waiting for the results, I called the practice, I asked for the results, the lady said she sent but was told it's a wrong number, I gave her my correct number and said she'll send, I then asked who's the gentleman who was helping me Friday, she said I should come to the offices the following day to find out. Few minutes later she calls again saying " the Dr wants to know why you want his name" I said because I'd like to know who was supposed to help me.. she called the third time saying "the Dr said you should not come here tomorrow, your file has been cancelled, and he will not release your results. If you want to know his name, check the board outside, he's the owner" I said ok

Is it a legal medical practice to be denied my results and have my blood thrown without any explanation? Name of the Dr: Dr HHM Ntukwana PR no: ***
