BAD INSTALLATIONS OF CUPBOARDS

I put an ad on Facebook for suppliers of built in cupboards. The supplier responded and gave a quote which I accepted. The cupboards were put in late and the excuse was that the boards were out of stock. once the cupboards were put in, on inspection a day later I advised the supplier that I was not happy with a few things and he promised to sort them out. Its now a month and a half and he keeps making excuses for not sorting them out, saying he is so busy, he promises to come and then at the last hour just doesn't arrive.He now gives be bad attitude and blames me for the cupboards not being sorted.
