I have been using one of their products for a while and decided to contact their factory in Montague gardens to hear if they would supply and deliver to me in bulk. Tried this in 2019, sent a few e-mails and made calls, my daughter tried too, yet to our disappointment, no one bothered to ever come back to us. So, I thought, being a new year, I would try to contact them again and see what I can arrange. I finally managed to speak to a chap called Faheem who gave me relevant details. Asked me to e-mail my order to him. Seeing they do deliveries once a week in my area, I sent the e-mail ahead of time for them to process. A week later, I heard nothing about my order. I called them, Faheem was not available, and the person on the phone knew nothing about the order either. Luckily I didn't pay them anything upfront as there was an option of C.O.D. I cannot believe how reluctant they were, me wanting to give them business of ordering bulk and being ignored. It's been 3 days since I called them and no one has bothered. I mentioned to them how disgusted I was at their "can't be bothered with assisting a new client" attitude and make absolutely NO effort in communication. Wonder what the owner would think of that ???
