I am very disappointed in your service. I booked a 12pm session for my son's birthday party, only to arrive and be told there is a GP that came in at 11, and although it is a 60minute my son can only have his party at 13h00, if we ate lucky We have other activities planned and now we stand with egg on our face having to apologize to the ***s because they can't kart because someone at your organization did not do their job! It's disgusting that you have reduced my son to tears on his birthday. Shame on you!
