Unsatisfactory service provider!!!

Very poor services from the service provider, due to not having work carried out on the expected date and time.... A call from the office today 24/06/26 @ 13:30pm was to make an arrangement for a technician to come out on Tuesday but I cannot except that as I have taken time off from work today in order to have the issues resolved, with Tuesday being a normal working day for me. Very unsatisfied!!!!!
