Overcharge for hours of ineffective work

After 3 months of numerous messages, emails and phonecalls, trying to log my complain with the management of this company, I give up! Be carefull calling out this plumbing team, they waiste time, sent a new team and then bill you for all the hours, as if productive work was done!
