Poor Service Delivery.

I was quoted R2,000 (verbally) to have my vehicle air-conditioned repaired. The car stood at the workshop for a week including a weekend. When I went to collect the vehicle, I was presented with a Bill for R9441.00 (work done without consultation). 8 Month Warranty. Labour alone was R2800.00 Two days later the Air-conditioned stopped working. Took it back to the workshop, Stood for another week, including a weekend. I was told the pay another R2200 to have it repaired. I collected the vehicle, R9441.00 poorer and still no air-conditioner. Next step Consumer Council.
