incorrect information offered when booking for K53

When appling on behalf of my wife to do her K53 driving lessons and licence, I was advised to pay R2800.00 upfront for 10 lessons, learners booking and use of their vehicle for the drivers licence test, once this was done I battled to get a booking for her first lesson. I eventually got a booking and when the instructor arrived he was extremly rude due to the fact that she did not know how to drive as he thought she knew the basics of driving. She have since had a second lesson about 3 months after her first lesson and now I am battling to get the balance of the 10 lessons alreay paid for. When trying to contact them they do not even take my calls anymore and then send messages via whatsapp telling me that if I want her to be a priority I need to pay a further R2700. Finances are tight and she need to have her licence in order to look for work to improve my financial situation which has noiw become extremely difficult.
