Paid 23 Sep 2015 R10 763.80. Delivery 9Oct

I contacted them on 7 Oct at 10 past 5, wanting to change delivery to 8 Oct gentleman answers tells me they are closed. I need to phone just after 8am on the 8th. I speak to Sameer, asking him to see if they cannot change the delivery to the 8th of October, not friday the 9th of Oct. i provide him with my details. I hear him asking Justice to change the delivery. At 4h30 the afternoon of the 8th, I phone again to find out why nobody called nor delivered my tiles and bath etc, as the builder had been waiting the whole afternoon, as Everything in my bathroom had been cleared out. I am advised that someone did not reserve my order, and that some of my tiles are out of stock. Sameer asks Justice while I'm holding on why they did not contact me, nor deliver the difference. I am promised delivery first thing on the 9th of Oct. it is 10h54, my builder leaves, still no delivery. I have asked my husband to phone again, and I phoned as well. I am told by Sameer that he has a business to run, and that he cannot look after individual clients. He requested the delivery.,,,,!!?? <br>
